IT'S DECEMBER!!!!

December is a very symbolic month for me on many levels. One because my Birthday falls in this month :) and two because its the last month of the year. I often reflect and analyze the happenings of the year and think of things I would like to change and keep. This morning on my daily Runyan Canyon hike I thought about deleting some people. That may sound harsh but sometimes its necessary. Certain characters might have out lived their season in my life. It may be strange to let them go but Im hoping it will allow a new change to be welcomed. I look forward to 2010 and I spiritually as well as physically want to be at my best to ring the year in...I am thankful for all my friends, family and amazing fans and followers. So lets get on with this month and make it the most memorable out of the year!!!:)
